Modern, vibrant headshots to make you stand out!

Having worked as a photographer for more than ten years I know you might not love having your photo taken.

Don’t worry, our shoot will be fun and relaxed. I’ve got some top tips to make you look great, we’ll have fun having your picture taken and you’ll end up with some headshots to be proud of.

Shooting on location opens up a world of options!

I find that headshots and portraits can happen in the most inauspecious surroundings. On location photoshoots have an extra layer of authenticity, by using a natural background (even if it’s an urban graffiti wall) we can create a unique, but “real life”, how you actually look – “look”. Helping you stand out – but also looking like you and allowing the casting director to see how you’d look on set.

One thing I love about on location shoots as a photographer is the sheer variety of images I can capture for my clients. You walk away with so many different images – and they’re so less boring than a neutral grey background!

Winchester is a great place for portraiture. There are lots of nooks and crannies to explore not just on Winchester high street but the surrounding areas of Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh and more. I find that by being outside we can relax and discover something – either a little patch at the end of your road or a beautiful part of Winchester you already know. The light will be different on different days and different times of year, this variety keeps me on my toes but also adds a little bit of magic to our shoot where we might find the perfect combination of something. The streets around Winchester cathedral are pretty and offer a wide variety of options but there are plenty of pretty roads, walls, buildings, gardens all around Winchester and it’s suburbs.
